Returns and Refunds Policy:
Thanks for shopping at THE SOUL SHOP if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds & Exchanges
We will do refunds within good reasons, i.e. if you just don’t like the item, we’ll process your returns unused and undamaged, most likely credit it back to your original payment.
However, if you receive a damage/defective item or a wrong item, we’ll replace the damage item or we’ll give you a store credit for the same price that you purchased the item, excluding sales items, discounted items and items that was purchased with coupon codes. Please provide video and/or photo evidences for damage/defective items.
But, please send the wrong item back and we’ll pay the shipping fee with a store credit! Or, you can keep the wrong item and we’ll still give you a store credit! But, if this is a repeat offender than we’re on to you!
Please return unused items back to us. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved. We’ll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You’ll received the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Items that were purchased at a discount, on sale, or with a coupon-code are eligible for exchanges only. You’ll have 30 days from the time you receive your items to put in a claim for us to process your exchanges or store credit.
Shipping
You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
